Fresh from the boardroom, SimbaTech has made a riveting announcement – their intent to embrace AI to propel their business forward. As we dissect this narrative, our goal is to spotlight the multifaceted considerations their legal counsel must juggle, guiding SimbaTech to not only harness the potential of AI but also fortify its interests and remain steadfast in its compliance with evolving regulations.

AI Landscape & SimbaTech’s Position

At its core, AI mimics human cognitive functions like learning and problem-solving.
